Camp Larry

Welcome to Camp Larry, which as far as I can tell is just a bunch of tents? I don’t know. Basically, designer, illustrator and photographer (among other things) Larraine Henning takes us around her tents. They are lovely tents, so don’t think I am trying to say otherwise. I’m just not one hundred percent sure why this is unique.

However, in the bigger picture, this could be a story about the life of a traveler  or even a squatter? You see, Larraine either has or is writing a book called “A Practical Guide to Squatting”, which she has set up an indiegogo campaign to help fund.

If it sounds like I have no clue what I am talking about, it’s because that is exactly true. I came across this video, and like the style it is done in, and that is what attracted it me to it. I also enjoy the outdoors and it has me thinking of summer and camping!

“Larraine (Larry) is an independent designer / illustrator / photographer from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada
but for some strange reason, currently resides in Queensland, Australia

She has a Masters degree in Architecture from The University of British Columbia
and a Bachelors degree in Environmental Design from The University of Manitoba
and in grade six she sang a solo of “Lean on Me” by Bill Withers, for her elementary school.”
