Like your city? Would you even venture to say youlove your city? Well, here’s your chance to sing its praises, in a convenient comment form.
The Spectator Tribune is putting together a few friendly lists of the places and things that make the prairie ‘burgs some of the most happening spaces in Canada. And we want to hear form you from you exactly what and where those places are.
Think of the kind of things that make your city great: music venues, whiskey bars, cheap and late night restaurants, burgers. The more we get, the more we have to work with, and the better your hometown looks. Besides, as the snow settles in across the prairies, isn’t it about time we remind ourselves why we actually choose to live here?
So, just to get you started, we’re looking for the best of these kind of things in Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Calgary, and Alberta:
- Patios
- Whiskey bars
- Cheap eats
- Vintage clothing stores
- Burgers
- Pubs
- Late-night eats
- Music venues
- Boutiques
- Things to do for free
