Here is a beautifully shot video portrait of Gimli, Manitoba by Ethen Asad. Unfortunately, I can’t find any more information on Ethen, but this is one of those cases again where the work speaks for itself. And it is wonderful work, indeed. As someone who has not been to Gimli, it has done a good job of making me want to go there and check it out. It seems like such a huge difference between inland Prairie towns and the almost Maritime’s look of Gimli on Lake Winnipeg. Manitoba is truly a diverse province.
