Here’s a little blast from the not too distant past. Mind you, in terms of television technology and advertising quality, this is light years away from what we see on TV now. Do you remember this commercial? I didn’t live in Winnipeg at the time, so I never saw it. I was also only ten years old. But, let me tell you, if this was 1983 and I saw this commercial and was old enough to rent a hotel room, you better know that I would be staying here!
