Saskatchewan is boring? A proud prairie dog doesn’t seem to think so, but a flannel clad crow isn’t as convinced. But, man, does that prairie dog try hard to convince the crow. Who knew a prairie dog could have such an extensive knowledge of Saskatchewan history? That is one smart prairie dog. And this is quite the cute short film by Sylvia Ziemann.
“This film was made in conjunction with “This Big World” at the Saskatchewan Film Pool in 2012 led by filmmaker Chrystene Ells. Selected stories were taken from diary entries housed in Regina’s Prairie History Room (Regina Public Library).”
