Alberta Distinguished Artist Jane Ash Poitras

Here is a short profile of celebrated Canadian artist Jane Ash Poitras by the University of Alberta from 2011 just prior to her being given the Lieutenant Governor’s Alberta Distinguished Artist Award. She is more than deserving of this distinction to say the least.

“Lieutenant Governor’s Alberta Distinguished Artist Jane Ash Poitras discusses the role of the U of A’s famed printmaking program in shaping her career.
