Follow the live blog of Spectator Tribune’s first panel, Trib Talks, a discussion on the fate of downtown Winnipeg. Sponsored by the Park Theatre, the panel will feature writer Robert Galston, Councillor Jeff Browaty and policy consultant Brian Kelcey. The discussion will be moderated by Jino Distasio, Director of University of Winnipeg’s Institute of Urban Studies.
The event will include a 90-minute forum (with an intermission and open mic) on making Winnipeg’s downtown livable, covering issues of safety, urban design, planning, policy, and gentrification.
