Trib Talks: A discussion on making cities livable

Spectator Tribune, with the support of Winnipeg’s Park Theatre, is pleased to announce the first of its Trib Talks series, featuring a panel discussion on the fate of downtown Winnipeg with writer Robert Galston, Councillor Jeff Browaty, and policy consultant Brian Kelcey. The discussion will be moderated by Jino Distasio, Director of University of Winnipeg’s Institute of Urban Studies.

The event will include a 90-minute forum (with an intermission and open mic) on making Winnipeg’s downtown livable, covering issues of safety, urban design, planning, policy, and gentrification.

Please join us at the Park Theatre on May 28.

Doors open at 7:15 p.m.

Admission by donation.
